2. Vertical Track (Up track Down track): Used on the rising or falling areas where the conveying chains pass, with standard diameter 1.2M x 180°. Also can be cut based on any necessary angles of any installing conditions. But the angle should not more than 45°,
3. Horizontal Track: Used for conveying chain pass horizontal area. Standard diameter Φ0.8m~Φ2.0m x 180°, it can be cut based on any necessary angles for specific installing conditions. Also horizontal bending head can be customized by special requirements.
4. Sprocket DriverDN-5T: Motor speed reduction unit output momentum to sprocket wheel, chains and connecting shackle, so as to drive the chains to move. Simple structure, easy installation and convenient operation features are suitable for short length conveyors.
7. Cross Type Disk Hanger: Cross type dick performs nearly the same function with cross shaped hanger, the only difference is that a disk is added on the top of the hook. Purpose: receiving grease stains from the track and prevent the work pieces become dirty.
Sprocket Wheel Hanger: When the chain works, gear wheel work with the gear tracks located on particular position, then the hanging work pieces can be processed continually.
