I Working Purpose
The thermostat controls gas heater/burner to keep stable temperature and save gas.
When heating area reaches setting required temperature, the thermostat controls gas burner/heater stop working;
While heating area under setting required temperature, the thermostat controls gas burner/heater start working again.
II Composition of Thermostat
It includes a thermocouple, a adjustable temperature controller, powder switch, ignite switch, working indicator and alarm.
One thermostat can control 1~40sets gas heater/burner.
III Working Principle
Open gas cylinder → adjust gas pressure to 3500~5000pa → turn on the main power of electric
controller → setting required temperature → turn on ignition switch→Solenoid valve supply gas /
3 pins ignite gas burner/heater → gas burner/heater working normally.
2. Thermocouple detect the heating area temperature → reach setting temperature →
Half or all gas burner stop working → lower than setting temperature →
Ignition automatically by controller → Gas burners restart working.
IV Flameout Protection
When 3 pin failed ignite infrared burner/heater, pulse igniter will control solenoid valve stopping supply gas. So it avoids gas leakage.
Restart ignition: turn on ignition switch again.
